What are your shipping costs?

Stickers only:

$3 within Canada.
$4 within the US. 
$5 everywhere else. 

Accessories:

$4-18 within Canada.  
$8-15 within the US. 
$11-25 everywhere else.

Non-paper items shipped to the USA automatically start at $8, no matter the size as per customs rules. Accessories more than 0.8 inches (or 20mm) in thickness automatically start at $12 depending on your location. 

Our cost of shipping includes the cost of the mailers, cellophane bags to protect your stickers from the weather, and shipping & handling.

I've tried to set my shipping to be as accurate as possible - I am not trying to profit off shipping costs.

When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks. This does not include postage time. This could change at any moment. 

When will my order arrive?

I ship all orders through Canada Post without tracking (please contact me before you place your order if you would like your order tracked). The following is a guideline for when your order will arrive. 

Within Canada: 3-5 business days

USA: 7-21 business days

International: 7-40 business days

Please keep in mind that these times are not guaranteed. I will not reship or refund orders until they have not arrived within 3 weeks for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international orders.

Why is shipping so high within Canada for certain items?

Items that are more than 2cm in thickness are automatically shipped as a parcel through Canada post and the rates automatically jump to $12-$16, based on your location. 

Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?

I am unable to combine orders during major events and sales. If you are trying to combine orders, please send me an email before placing an order to avoid disappointment. I will do my best to combine shipping for you, however cannot guarantee that I'll be able to fulfill your request because your order might have already been packaged even if it is not yet shipped.

There is an issue with my order, what should I do?

If there is an issue with your items, please email customer service at contact@coffeebrainplans.com with your order number and brief description of the issue. Please included photographic proof where applicable (eg. damaged goods). Once we have looked over your case we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

What type of sticker paper do you use?

I currently use a soft, removable matte paper.

As a girl who can't put stickers down straight, I love having the option to fix it. 

Is there a difference between your Etsy Shop and this shop?

Yes. Etsy fees are quite high now with their new policies so I have decided to open my own shop away from Etsy. The prices on Etsy are a bit higher to offset the higher operating costs. When shopping here, in my Shopify store, I'm happy to offer you lower prices as well as a rewards program. 

Do your weekly kits only fit the Classic Happy Planner and Erin Condren vertical planner?

At the moment, those are the only planner types that I design kits for. Those stickers can be used in all different kinds of planners by being creative - trimming stickers, layering etc. 

The width of stickers in my kits is 1.5 inches. The box sizes all vary. For full boxes, sometimes they will fit the full box, other times the boxes allow for a header to be place in the box as well. 

The Erin Condren planner is new to Coffee Brain Plans so not all kits have been redesigned yet to fit. I will only be redesigning the best sellers. Please send me an email if there is a specific kit you would like to see turned into an Erin Condren kit. 

Will you accept coffee as currency?

Only when fresh, hot and delivered to my door.
